We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Tina to find our new home! We honestly could not be happier with our decision to list our house with Tina McManus, nor could we more highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent for North Shore properties. We had tried two other agents before finding Tina, and we got NO offers on our house. With Tina- we had multiple offers in under a month!! The difference was her expertise and ability to price it competitively and market it aggressively. I was truly impressed with the HUGE difference we found when we listed with her. On top of actually selling the house, she even managed to get us a little more than our bottom line.
I must also add- this was our first experience selling a house, and I was feeling a little bit disgruntled to have to share a cut of our profit with an agent. At first I thought "That is an awful lot of money for not very much work", and even considered trying "for sale by owner". Well- in the end, it turned out I was MORE than happy to pay the fee....and even thought Tina deserved a tip on top of it! Let's just say things did not always go perfectly smoothly. Because we were selling in a buyer's market, or because I just sometimes have bad luck- we faced multiple challenges and "speed bumps" in the process. I was so grateful to have Tina, not only to overcome them, but to have her there to talk me through everything, and to ease my (VERY ABUNDANT) stress. Several times I thought "What would I be doing right now without Tina's help?!". Needless to say, now having gone through the process- I would never consider trying it without an experienced agent's help. A good one certainly earns EVERY penny of that commission.
Tina was ALWAYS available to consult with, and was always right on top of everything, helping to ensure things would go as smoothly as possible. In addition to her professionalism, she is also a very genuinely nice person to deal with. Thank you SO much Tina for EVERYTHING!

I recently worked with Tina McManus in buying my first home. Throughout my house hunting and home buying experience Tina maintained a perfect balance of personable professionalism in all of our interactions and communications.
